I\'m a relationship-oriented counselor, providing individual, couples and family therapy, with a focus on fostering healthy relationships with both the self and others. I help clients identify and understand relationship and behavioral patterns, and move toward an alignment with their goals, personal integrity and internal knowing. Some specialties include working with difficult or struggling relationships in committed partnerships, with family members, and those encountered in work and community environments; parenting issues, and creating a meaningful life post divorce. I work with a range of clients including straight, gay and lesbians. My therapy style is active and direct but I will share with you my observations with care and compassion. I help cllients develop the skills and strength to navigate the ever changing landscape of relationships and family life, meet the challenges of new life stages and break repetitive, destructive patterns.
