I enjoy counseling both adolescents and adults. As a previous counselor in the schools, I enjoy counseling youth about the current issues they face at school and at home, and help them to make positive choices, and build trusting relationships with family members. I also enjoy working with adult clients to improve self esteem, make healthy changes, and create internal happiness through cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based therapies.
